Hud 2024 Adjusted Home Income Limits. The community planning division (cpd) of hud released the 2024 home program. Hud has released the 2024 income limits for their programs and the tax credit/bond.
The home income limits are calculated using the same methodology that hud uses for calculating the income limits for the section 8 program, in accordance with section 3 (b) (2) of the u.s. Fy 2024 hopwa income limits effective june 01, 2024.
